1. Payment

1.1 Full payment  must be received at time of booking.

1.2 Your place will be confirmed when the full payment has been made. 



2. Cancellations By You

2.1 As a small business we have a no-refund policy on event places and deposits. This includes cancellations for reasons such as illness, travel, personal or professional reasons. However, if circumstances allow and if upcoming experiences are available, we may be able to offer customers a an alternative experience at The School Garden. Please note this is applicable to School Garden run experiences only and not to collaborative experiences with other small businesses. We are also happy for you to allow someone else to come in your place but please do notify us by email in advance of this change. 

2.2 Cancellations must be made in writing to theschoolgarden1895@gmail.com

3. Cancellations By Us

3.1 If we cancel your class within one week of the scheduled date due to illness, professional or personal reasons you will be entitled to a full refund or rescheduled dates if preferred.

3.2 We will not be held liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation arrangements) because of any modification or cancellation of experiences beyond the paid ticket price.
