Join Aimee from Miel Ceramics for a relaxed and inspiring morning of pottery in The Studio at The School Garden.
Using a range of textured and patterned dried seed heads and flowers from The School Garden, you’ll have an opportunity to experiment with designs before pressing your chosen patterns into your uniquely designed fluted vase.
You can choose from a selection of coloured oxides and underglazes that Aimee will add to your finished pieces during the firing process!
So, whether you’re completely new to pottery or have some experience, Aimee will gently guide you through the process.
Your finished vase will be taken away to be fired and ready in time for Christmas … perfect as a gift or as an addition to your home this Christmas.
We’ll welcome you with some freshly made scones, and we’ll later enjoy a shared charcuterie board featuring some homemade courgette chutney from The School Garden.
So come along, get your hands working and enjoy a morning of creating and designing your very own piece of pottery.
